CHNC challenge 22: use some ribbon

Here we are on week 22 - can you believe that? We are nearly halfway through the year? - soon we will be nearer to next Christmas than the last, so, if you haven't started yet, now is the time to get cracking with making some Christmas cards to lighten the load to help avoid a panic when we get nearer to the Christmas season.

Before telling you about today's challenge I want to thank you for all the entries last week - so many different ideas for using scallops - I enjoyed looking at them all. I managed to have some internet access while I was away and was able to comment on some of the entries. We got back home yesterday, but by then blogger was playing up and not allowing me to leave comments on some blogs, so sincere apologies if you didn't get a comment from me, but it wasn't for the want of trying.

For challenge 22 I would like you to use some ribbon on your card - it can be a strip of ribbon wrapped around the card, a small bow, a larger bow ... whatever you fancy, as long as it's ribbon.

This is my card - more details on my regular My Crafty Outlook blog here:

As usual, you can use any materials, any techniques, as long as the end result is a Christmas card - and this week please remember to use some ribbon - apart from that, anything goes.

I look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge - please add a link to your blog post (not your blog, but the actual post where your card can be found) by 22:00 UK time Friday 3 June. Please mention my blog and create a link within the post for your creation.

You can enter as many times as you wish (a good way to build up your stock of Christmas cards) and also link to any other challenges that allow you to do so, but new work only, please.

A new challenge will be set on 4 June - and, as that's the first Saturday in the month, there will be a prize for a randomly chosen winner.

Please add your link to inlinkz. If by any chance it disappears, please leave a comment with the link to your blog post and I will make sure it is added.

If you haven't done so already, please become a follower and grab my bright pink button to post on your sidebar and help continue to spread the word about this challenge blog - thank you.

I look forward to seeing your creations.

I was wishing that I could see mini photos of all the entrants of these wonderful magical Christmas challenges as sometimes with my young family I don't get time to click on everyone else's blog to see what they made, and always eager for inspiration.
    All my love Trish xx
