CHNC challenge 121: red and green must be seen

What wonderful wings you had to show for last week's challenge - lots of gorgeous birds, angels, fairies, etc.

Before I get on to today's challenge, I need to let you know the winners of challenge 120. There were, of course, three opportunities to win a prize.

The first winner:

Number 16: Angela who shared this lovely card:

Congratulations, Angela. Please email me at hazelharris@ntlworld.com so I can arrange for you to receive your $21 of digital stamps from Bugaboo Stamps.

The second winner:

Number 15: Di who shared this lovely card:

Congratulations, Di. Please email me at hazelharris@ntlworld.com so I can arrange for you to receive your $20 voucher from Flonz craft to spend in their online store.

The third winner:

Number 25: Heather Mills who shared this lovely card:

Congratulations, Heather. Please email me at hazelharris@ntlworld.com  so that I can arrange for you to receive your £10 voucher from Paper Creator to spend in their online store.

Now on to:
Challenge 121

For today's challenge red and green must be seen
(you can use other colours as well, but red and green must be used)

Our first sponsor today is a new one to CHNC: Pin and Tack, who are offering a $10 store voucher to their AF shop for the randomly chosen winner.

'Pin & Tack, home of boutique pins, tacks and delightful treats for your home, office or gifting!'

The second sponsor is  Shelly's images who are once again generously giving a $9 gift certificate to the randomly chosen winner for him/her to choose from the lovely range you will find here.

'Our images are hand drawn by Shelly. We have a super talented family, so every now and then they jump in with an image. Any image that is not drawn by Shelly will have the artists name in the product description.

Digital stamps are perfect for card making, scrap booking, and crafting. The images are easy to re-size and perfect because they don't require any storage space and there is no messy ink and clean up.  If you have any questions about using digital stamps please be sure to send us an email.

Shelly's images are designed with the crafter in mind. She has been a paper crafter for more than 15 years.'

The third sponsor is another new one to CHNC: Stamping all day who are offering three free downloads from bestcardmaking-downloads.com to the randomly chosen winner.
Please visit the websites of these generous sponsors and support them -
you will be spoiled for choice!

For my first card I have used a holly digi from Shelly's images, flipping and rotating it and printing directly on to the card blank, adding red gems and a My Mind's Eye 'all is bright' 3D sticker in the middle - you can read more about this here on My Crafty Outlook. I am sorry that the card looks pink, but is in fact white (I wish the better weather would come so I can take pictures outside - might try to get a better picture in the morning):

My second and third cards are made from Hunkydory supplies - more info here and here on My Crafty Outlook:

And a vintage Santa card you can read about here:

Now it's over to you. As usual, you can use any materials, any techniques, as long as the end result is a Christmas card. - this week 'red and green must be seen' - you can use other colours as long as red and green are there too.

I look forward to seeing what you come up with for this challenge - please add a link to your blog post (not your blog, but the actual post where your card can be found) by 22:00 UK time Friday 26 April. Please mention my blog and create a link within the post for your creation.

You can enter as many times as you wish (a good way to build up your stock of Christmas cards) and also link to any other challenges that allow you to do so, but new work only, please.

A new challenge will be set on Saturday 27 April when there will once again be three chances to win a prize, thanks to generous sponsors.

Please add your link to inlinkz. If by any chance it disappears, please leave a comment with the link to your blog post and I will make sure it is added.

If you haven't done so already, please become a follower and grab my bright pink button to post on your sidebar and help continue to spread the word about this challenge blog - thank you.

Don't forget

Don't forget that 'anything goes' monthly challenges are on my Craftyhazelnut's Christmas Challenge Extra blog - you can share any Christmas card you make throughout the whole month, including those that you link here - there is no restriction on the number of entries you can make throughout the month - the link for CHNC challenge extra for April is here.

Thank you for your support
I look forward to seeing your entries
